It's hard to believe it's only been less than 4 days since Jordan was wheeled out of the operating room from his Rotationplasty surgery. He has since blown us away with his physical and mental strength on his path to recovery.
Over the course of these 4 days, Jordan has been able to manage his pain with oral meds, learn how to sit, stand, walk and clearly communicate what he needs and how he feels. Dan and I are so extremely proud of his determination and courage. He is a warrior!
This is 36 hours after surgery!
We are forever thankful for Doctor Nate Donaldson and his entire care team. They are really pleased with the result of this procedure and how well Jordan is progressing post-surgery. Included in this post are a few 'Jordan-approved' images to give you a glimpse of this impressive life-changing surgery.

Jordan's goal is to be home for the USA vs Netherland's soccer game on Saturday morning. And, we are happy to share, only 4 days post a very invasive surgery, Jordan will meet his goal. We are heading home today!
This is 60 hours after surgery!
